1.- The property is only for use as Holidays letting und could only be used by the indicated client.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.- The prepayment is taken into account if the total Rental price. The pending amount is payable when the keys are handed over, cash or bank transfer 5 days before. In case the reservation is cancelled before 90 days, 40% of the amount deposited as a reservation will be refunded. It is understood that the conditions are accepted at the time that the interested, makes the payment on reservation signal.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.- The amount left as a * deposit will be returned in hand, at the end of the rental.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.- The complete furniture as well as the articles left by the owner have to be treated carefully to stay in perfect stage.\u00a0 Indoor furniture should not be exposed to the sun.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.- The final cleaning is included in the Rental Price except the property will be passed over in a very bad and dirty condition. The house should be left clean, dishwasher emptied, coffee maker and oven clean, kitchen cleared and without garbage. In this case the cleaning or repair will be charged with the Deposit 50,00.-\u20ac. In the housing must be at least a bath towel and a hand towel for each occupant. Otherwise the agency will accept a claim only during the first 8 hours of having delivered the house.<\/span><\/p>\n No pool towels or beach towels are provided. The agency puts at the disposal of the occupant towels of pool or beach with an added cost of 2.00.- \u20ac per unit.<\/span><\/p>\n 6. In the case of houses with air conditioning, the cost of electricity is included up to 7,00.- per day.
